I am reposting this find from [livejournal.com profile] notarysojac's journal--

Jim and I were watching Chopped on the food network when the following shot appeared at the end of their as for their upcoming Halow'een Wars show.

It went right past me, but Jim ([livejournal.com profile] notarysojac) was laughing so hard he almost fell out of his lazyboy.

"DId I just see the Goatsee pumpkin?" he gasped, and grabbed the remote to go look. OMG! Now it cannot be unseen.....

Jim's theory is: Obviously the carver knew what they were doing, but their Standards folks must not surf the unsavory underbelly of the Interwebs...

I picked this up from [livejournal.com profile] fannyfae and since I have friended some new people myself lately, I thought it might be fun.

I know very little about some of the people on my friends list. Some people I know relatively well. But why not take this opportunity to tell me a little something about yourself. Any old thing at all. Just so the next time I see your name I can say: "Ah, there's so and so...she likes office supplies." I'd love it if every single person who's friended me would do this. Yes, even you people who I know really well. Then post this in your own journal. In return, ask me anything you'd like to know about me and I'll give you an answer.

As for me - I just now chipped a filling out of one of my front teeth. This would be more of a problem, but I broke a tooth last week, so I already have an appointment for Friday afternoon.

OK, that's not really about me at all. Just about my soft Irish teeth, my age, and the fact that I have become addicted to Halls sugarless vitamin c drops, and I do not have the stamina to keep myself from crunching them before they get small enough.

I actually do love office supplies. And stationary stores. I am happy just to smell them! And if they have boxes of Eberhard Faber Mongol 482 #1 soft pencils, I will probably buy them, even though I don't need them. I love them for crossword puzzles!

Another stationary related thing - I collect fountain pens. But only one kind - Sheaffer Targas. So deco! And. the most beautiful nib ever made!

I have to go with Edward Scissorhands (though it only *just* edges ahead of Benny and Joon and Crybaby) It touches the place in me that craves mythology. And it has Vincent Price for that extra credit...

Though, as an old Dark Shadows fan, I will be anxiously awaiting a look at his version of Barnabas Collins.
