blade at the bedside

I wait for it every time, and it never happens - so even if I can't do it as well as Peter could have.... (why didn't you get Sam into the room, damn you...)
this is for my own heart and, of course, for Flick....

Date: 2004-03-18 03:54 am (UTC)I actually needed less body length than I though I was going to, so if we can find a happier shot, I will try again.
I *so* needed to see him there, if only for a moment...

Date: 2004-03-18 04:44 am (UTC)Seriously though. So lovely. ;_; Boromir.
Wish Sam was in it, too.

Date: 2004-03-18 11:00 pm (UTC)Do you think Legolas knows Boromir and Aragorn are thinking about him as a "lithsome blonde?"

Date: 2004-03-18 05:08 am (UTC)...who thanks you from the bottom of *her* heart, which was "strangely warmed" as John Wesley would say. I would so love him to be there, and, dammit, he should have been. This made me very happy!
The only other pic that occurred to me was the one from the TT extended where he's in armor standing with Faramir by the stone wall (where they're both looking at Denethor). Don't have it here, so don't know if the eye-line would work. But he's clean and it could look like he's just come in off Captain-of-the-White-Tower duty. :sob:

Date: 2004-03-19 01:41 am (UTC)what do you think? worth working on? the lighting is so different... And I moved him all around the room, but he kept going back to Aragorn (because he knows he drives him dotty...)

Date: 2004-03-19 10:45 am (UTC)But you're having the same problem as I when fiddling with photomanipulations, the light is wrong. I don't know how to change the overall colour tones to adjust for it. Right now Boromir seems a bit... like those Force ghosties of Star Wars. :-P But very nice nevertheless.

Date: 2004-03-18 07:57 am (UTC)I think the Sam moment is perfect, though. After what he went through I would expect him to stand back from normality, to be wary. In fact, it feels to me that Frodo bounces in the hobbit pile primarily for the benefit of others, as he does so many things.
