He gets to play an actual Australian? I keep on seeing Wenham in stuff where he's putting on accents, so I've never actually seen him act with his own accent.
Someone says in the piece 'he's not like Tom Cruise', but, to be fair, hi's not like Tom Cruise. In terms of fame and industry power, if Cruise is a 10 Wenham is about a 4 - at best. He might be well known in Oz, but elsewhere only LotR fans have ever really heard of him.
Love the last line, about becoming an actor to meet Orlando Bloom. Old news for Daisy.
The interview I mentioned taped okay - and I have to say he looks exceptionally cute. However the screening of Answered BF has been postponed a week as another channel finally bought the two Tasmanian miners (the stuck underground for two weeks variety) and will screen their massively awaited interview on the Sunday evening it was scheduled to start.
