I think Boromir must be a Leo, as well - he has both the disposition and the look. I have always thought of The Raven (I mean Faramir) as a Sagittarius. Dad, of course, just screams Aries to me. This rounds out the Gondorian Fire Sign Theater....

I must have told you, but just to make doubly sure. I of course am a raging, screaming, total pisces. We all know this. I hemorrage it, right? Well, I was born a month early, and always say that it was so I could escape the heinous fate of being the aries child of 2 aries parents. Can you imagine? Aieee.

I'm a Leo too! And so is Boromir. Utterly. But I always thought of Faramir as a Libra.

Okay, so I have a nasty temper. I'm not a natural leader at all. In fact, people ignore me most of the time and nobody listens when I talk.

We've got the birth years of people in the Appendices, but no birth months/dates. Do you know if these things are listed anywhere?

my beloved kortirion is an aries as well, sharing a birthday with Hugo Weaving. (Boy does he have the Aries face! When Elrond gets mad, you can see the two "horn" muscles stand out in Hugo's forehead!)

Not grumpy, but it's hard for me not to picture this family as a trio of fire signs when fire is such a huge part of the mythology for them. Leo can be the poster boy for Pride, and Aries for fanatical devotion to their beliefs. Sagittarius can completely lack for tact, even where it would make their own lives easier. I think this is how I play the trio of them in my stories.

On the plus side, Leo is absolutely devoted to those who have earned their trust, Sagittarius is intuitive and integrated between intellect and action and Aries great leaders with great foresight. I try to give them that too. Just not all at the same time.
