I suspect this question is not meant for us old farts :-) I met my best two best friends in 1973 and 1978, and I met Cap'n Bhil in 1978 as well.
Philly Mayor Nutter was talking on the radio this morning about having been friends and allies with a city council member for 20 years... since 1992. Seems like only yesterday.
