It was a late night for Jim, so we just threw some Bratwurst on the grill pan. But we did call them "Erin Go Brats." I am hopeful for something more traditional over the weekend.
Usually I'd make barmbrack or soda bread or maybe Irish stew, but it was late night shopping and we had groceries to buy. I did wear my shamrock and my Irish football top all day though. (And while at school they went particularly well with the two different multi-coloured striped socks I was wearing as part of Crazy Sock Day.)
